The Catholic church considers All Saints Day to be a holy day. Every year on November 1st, the day is observed. The Catholic Church remembers and respects all martyrs who gave their lives in defense of the Catholic faith on this day. Although there are numerous saints, All Saints’ Day primarily honors those who have been added to the Catholic Church’s canon of saints. Catholics commemorate this day and appeal to Saint for prayers and intercession.
